Downwind
2019

7min, 15sec.

Telephoto footage from the perimeters of Hanford (the Manhattan Project’s nuclear production complex) looking inward, combined with Glenna Cole Allee’s audio interviews with regional locals and Wanapum tribal members (those displaced and/or effected by Hanford’s intentional and non-intentional release of airborne radiated material), creates a pastoral yet ominous setting. Part of Glenna Cole Allee’s "Hanford Reach" multi-media project.
